Getting Fit has never been easier.  Loftus has a group fitness class to suit everyone from the complete beginner to the experienced with over 60 classes per week to choose from.

If you have been thinking about an exercise program for a while, group fitness classes are so easy for you to get started.  You don’t even need to be coordinated to participate in some of the classes we have available. Dancing, leg warmers and lycra are a thing of the past.  All group fitness classes are conducted with a qualified trainer in a fun group environment.

In 2014, we purchased 30 new Schwinn Carbon Blue bikes! The first health club in Australia to acquire the latest in Schwinn spin bikes, we're very happy with them and hope you will be too. Come try them out today!

TONE your body all over with Body Pump – little co ordination required.

FLEXIBILITY & STRENGTH – Body Balance – a combination of yoga, tai chi and pilates

Loftus also runs its popular Freestyle classes with a focus on cardio and choreography, for the slightly advanced group fitness participant.
