Running has achieved a level of resurgence in recent years largely due to realisation that there are positive aspects of the sport which apart from cardio-vascular fitness - actually plays a part in joint and muscle strengthening and rehabilitation.
We were the Sports Medicine practitioners for the World Masters Athletics Championships in 2016 where we catered for the needs of some 8400 participants from countries around the world and have been at the forefront of Triathlon in running training also for the past 20 years when other centres have not even evolved
This is a practical knowledge session where the secrets of biometrics and physiology in running will be shared with you by their sports medicine team.
Limited to 40 people so be quick to get in. All participants attending are to be dressed in Running attire for this workshop.
Venue: Loftus Recreation Centre - Loftus Street &, Vincent St, Leederville WA 6007.
Time: 715 pm for 730 pm start till 830 pm
Cost: Free for the community.
