This competition is 14+ however it is run as an adult competition. All participants must maintain a social, respectful, sportsmanlike persona while visiting the centre. There is a zero-tolerance policy for any antisocial behaviour, and all incidents will be dealt with immediately by the Stadium Coordinator/Sports Manager following our code of conduct and incident reporting guidelines.
Anyone between the ages of 14-16 that would like to play in the competition MUST contact the Stadium Coordinator/Sports Manager and have a legal guardian sign a waiver before playing/filling in. Any players caught breaching this condition will be removed from the competition.
Uniform Requirements
- Matching and numbered kits, appropriate shorts and shoes. Please refer to the guidelines listed in the bylaws for all in depth requirements.
- Teams must have uniforms sorted by week 3 of the competition or they will receive penalties each game until organised.
Season Duration: 6 months (approx. 24 weeks); Winter and Summer seasons offered
Game Duration: 55 minute timeslots
Game Times: 6.15, 7.05, 7.55, 8.45, 9.35
Registration Fee: $200
- Your registration fee is $90 and then $110 is a bond.Your bond, paid during registration, will be used to pay for the last 2 games of the season and repurchased each season. This will work out to be 2 discounted game fees for teams, however if not used, you will still have to repurchase the bond when reregistering each season either way.
- As stated in the Ts and Cs, signed when registering, you will not receive these benefits (last 2 game fees at a discounted rate) if you withdraw from the competition at any point or if you are dismissed due to antisocial behaviour. This is a nonnegotiable addition to your registration fee and must be paid in entirety to join the competition.
All team players, for all sports, are required to register themselves to their team to be able to participate in the competition. Each player must complete this individually on their own devices otherwise it will not work.
This must be completed by week 3 of the competition; fill ins can participate in 3 games before they must register to the team, they are still required to manually add in their names on the scoresheets each time. This has been implemented for safety reasons and to ensure we have record of who is entering the competition and venue.Weekly Game Fee: $77
- Game fees MUST be paid prior to the commencement of your game. Any teams that have not paid prior to the commencement will be required to pay during half time. If this is not completed, the game will be stopped until payment has been completed.
Forfeit Fee (More than 48 hours’ notice): Game fee
Forfeit Fee (Less than 48 hours’ notice): Game fee + $15
Forfeit Fee (Less than 2 hours’ notice): Game fee + $40
No Show Fee (no communication regarding forfeit/not attending): Game fee x2
All forfeit/no show fees must be paid at the front reception, in conjunction with the game fee for that day, prior to the commencement of your next game.
Forfeiting
- Forfeits are monitored, to ensure everyone is receiving a pleasant experience from this competition and getting enough games. Teams will be limited to 6 forfeits over the span of the season, if your team forfeits more than this, you may not be allowed to register the following season.
- This does not include forfeits due to emergencies and can be discussed with the sports manager.

Incident Management Procedure1. Incident Report
- An incident occurs (e.g., abusive behaviour, violence, misconduct).
- Staff/officials submit a written report detailing the event, witnesses, and any evidence (video, statements).
2. Preliminary Action
- Immediate suspension may be applied if behaviour poses a risk to safety or disrupts operations.
- Patron is notified of suspension and advised of next steps.
3. Investigation
- Collect all witness statements, staff reports, and any supporting evidence.
- Review venue policies and codes of conduct to determine breaches.
4. Tribunal/Review Panel
- Venue Manager + Stadium coordinator/Sports Manager review evidence.
5. Decision
- Possible outcomes:
- No Action (if allegations unsubstantiated)
- Warning (verbal or written)
- Final Warning (with conditions)
- Suspension (fixed period)
- Ban (temporary or permanent)
6. Communication
- Decision communicated in writing, outlining:
- Duration of sanction
- Conditions for return
- Appeal process (if applicable)
7. Enforcement
- Duty Managers and officials briefed on outcome.
- Patron flagged in system for monitoring.
8. Appeal Process
- Patron may appeal within a set timeframe (e.g., 7–14 days).
- Appeal reviewed by a higher authority or independent panel.
