Personal Trainer Csaba Szekely
I became a fitness coach as a result of a series of events and interests in my life. It all started with martial arts at high school and the additional conditioning and endurance training it required, blending very well into my genuine interest in health.
The journey continued with studies on joints and body kinetics to rehabilitate my own knee from a serious injury caused by a silly accident at an Aikido session. My recovery program and success totally changed my views and approach to training, trying to preserve the safe and functional chain of the body while conditioning it, regardless of the specific goal.
Next was my studies on nutrition, required for my own aim of shifting to vegetarian, and later on to vegan lifestyle, without compromising my body system or training achievements. This helped me understand that other, most important, component of the healthy body function.
Having this clearly health oriented, and physically active lifestyle ever since, my health and energy level attracted people in my environment, asking for advice for their health or strength improvement, which significantly contributed to my decision to officially become a fitness coach, increasing the chance of helping more people in their own fitness journey.
