Recent years has seen significant changes to Loftus Recreation Centre, with the centre undergoing a $13 million redevelopment. Loftus Recreation Centre is now your local one stop family sporting and health club facility, neighboring the new Town of Vincent Library, Community Centre and Gymnastics WA.
The new comfortable facilities at Loftus Recreation Centre include;
- 3 new multi purpose sports courts, total of 4 indoor multipurpose courts
- Outdoor soccer court
- Sparkling new health club with new cardio and weights equipment
- Express circuit – now you can work out in 30 minutes
- Cycling studio
- Upper function room overlooking glorious Leederville Oval
- New Café
- New crèche, equipment and friendly staff
- New board/meeting room
The recent renovations at Loftus have enabled the centre to cater for the whole family. Mum and Dad can have a work out in the gym while the children complete in an after school sporting activity. Some of the activities available at Loftus include:
- Over 50 Group fitness classes
- Spinning/Cycling classes – 30 bikes
- Health Club Memberships or casual visits to the gym
- Netball, Basketball, Soccer and Volleyball competitions for Kids and Adults
- Netball, Basketball and Soccer coaching clinics
- Badminton courts
- Court hire for corporate team sport events or we will prepare your team building day. Catering also available
